The School of Education is planning to hold an international conference on "Value Creating Education for Sustainable Development" to be held from 18th to 20th May, 2016 at the University of Nairobi.

We invite you to participate in this event in order to listen to the latest research findings, present your work before a regional and international audience, network and build new relationships. The conference will bring together participants with interests in value creation in education from a number of private and public institutions from the African region and beyond.

The themes suggested will allow a wide range of research in:

4.        Counselling for value creating education

5.        Mentoring and moral development in value creating education

6.        Literature and value creating education

7.        Performing arts and value creating education

8.        Value creating education and social engineering

10.        Professional ethics

11.        Value creating education and governance

12.        Research in value creating education

13.        Cross-cutting issues in value creating education

14.        Technology and value creating education


29 March 2016 Submission of 300 words abstract in electronic form

30 March 2016 Notification of Acceptance

22 April 2016 Submission of draft paper

6 May 2016 Submission of Final paper

18 -20 May International Conference
