Dean's address to 4th Year students

The office of the Dean; School of Education organized a briefing session with 4th year students on 6th June 2016. The purpose of this briefing session was to discuss key things; among them fees compliance, SMIS registration and course confirmation through the students portal and student welfare – more so on disciplinary processes and related matter.

During the briefing, the dean urged students to pay their school fees promptly and ensure they attend all classes without fail. Speaking about students results, the dean said all results will be released at a later date once the School Academic Board meets to discuss results.

Students were also reminded to carry their valid student IDs at all times. In case of loss, students are required to pay Ksh 500 for processing of new ID. For Module 1, once payment is done in the bank, they have to report immediately to the Bursar, CEES with the Bank Slip to be credited. For Module 2, they have to wait for at least 2 hours for CESSP to credit upon which the student shall apply for reissue through his/her student portal.

Students were asked to address all their social matters through Assistant Dean of Students, Mrs. Jane Olago.
